Shipping Policy & Processing Times

Thank you for choosing Emily Arroyo Wigs! We're excited to help you find the perfect wig. This page outlines our shipping policies and the time frames you can expect for your order to be processed and shipped.

Processing Times

Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. This includes verifying your order details, making final touches on the wig(s), and packaging them securely.

  • For Non-Customized Synthetic Hair Wigs:

    • Standard processing time is typically 2 to 4 business days after your order is placed.

    • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We will always strive to process your order as quickly as possible and will notify you of any significant delays.

  • For Customized Synthetic Hair Wigs:

    • Customized wigs require additional time for creation and quality checks. The processing time for customized wigs may take 2 to 4 weeks after your order is placed.

    • The specific processing time for your customized wig will be communicated to you during the ordering process or via email confirmation. Please note that complex customizations may require additional time.

Shipping Information

Once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times: We offer the following shipping methods:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 - 6 business days after shipment.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 - 3 business days after shipment.

    • Please note that these are estimated delivery times provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other factors beyond our control.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your shipping destination. You can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before completing your purchase.  

    • We may offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check our website banners or promotional materials for current offers.

  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the following locations: United States

    • If your location is not listed, please contact our customer support team to inquire about potential shipping options.

Important Shipping Notes:

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

  • Order Tracking: You can track the progress of your shipment using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on the carrier's website (e.g. USPS, FedEx, UPS).

  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete, including any apartment numbers or suite numbers. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect shipping information.

  • Signature Upon Delivery: For certain orders, a signature may be required upon delivery to ensure safe arrival.

  • Lost or Damaged Packages: In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please retain all original packaging if your order arrives damaged.
